Sederon (9 km from Pelleret) is a real Provencal village with a small supermarket Spar (temporarily closed ) where you can buy daily things, a baker and a bank. There is also a postoffice and 2 restaurants despite it’s small size.

A popular pastime is ‘jeu de boules’, still played to day and there is a petanque pitch. ‘bocci ball’ or petanque as it is called here. There is a space for this game. There are many walks, bike, and car trips possible out of Pelleret. 25 Km from Pelleret lies the historic hilltop town, of Montbrun les bains, with its Spa, appreciated by tourists.

The road to Montbrun runs through a beautiful gorge with a river, called le Toulourenc. At the entrance of the gorge lies a spectacular castle from the XII century, which is open to the public on certain days.
