La Grande Terre  

The Villa is available from 4 p.m.. on the day the rental period begins, and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the last day of the rental period. Saturday is the day of arrival and departure.

The owner lives next to the villa, where the key can be retrieved. 

In case you decide to stay longer than one week, we will supply you with clean sheets and towels on the Saturday

The water of the pool is fully cleaned and disinfected automatically, but we ask the renter to scoop insects, leaves ect. with the available skimmer. The pool is only used in spring, summer and autumn.   Animals should definitely not be in the pool. Please no glass around the pool (plastic cups are available).

Animals are not allowed in the pool Pets if you are sure that will causeno damage to the property inside and outside. Please scoop after your pets.

It is not allowed to smoke in the house, please use ashtrays to butt out cigarettes and cigars.

When booking a deposit is payable, please add ϵ150 .-. If the villa is clean and no damage is left  behind, the security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days, by cheque or money transfer. Is something broken, please fill this out on the inventory list. In certain cases the damage caused by you   and / or extra cleaning necessary are deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation insurance is not included in the rental fee.

There are no costs for the actual booking.

The rates are inclusive of energy costs in the rental period, falling from 01/06 through 28/09. For the remaining period there will be a small surcharge for the electrical heating system.

We provide the cleaning after you will leave the villa and charge ϵ45,– (notincluded in the rental fee).   Would you be so kind to leave the house in a reasonable  clean state:- empty the garbage bins, deposit the linen in the laundry basket (bedroom), - dishes cleaned and stored away, - heater/lights switched off, - and finally, return the keys.
